“This isn’t Volunteering. This is Building a Movement That Will Define India’s Future.”
Let me be direct with you.
I’m not looking for volunteers.
I’m looking for architects of India’s intergenerational renaissance.
I’m looking for people who understand that the work we’re doing at 100xTalks and Wisdom Encores isn’t charity—it’s nation-building at the most fundamental level.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably:
- A college student with skills and hunger to make real impact
- A young professional with expertise and desire to contribute
- A content creator searching for purpose beyond vanity metrics
- A social leader who sees the wisdom gap and wants to close it
- Someone who believes generations are stronger together
What I’m about to offer you isn’t a resume line item.
It’s a chance to be part of something that will be studied 20 years from now as the inflection point when India activated its greatest asset: wisdom.
The Mission That Needs You
Here’s what we’re building:
BHARAT100X – India’s largest intergenerational wisdom exchange movement.
We’re connecting 140 million seniors (who have decades of invaluable experience) with 600 million youth (who desperately need guidance).
We’re not just creating a platform. We’re creating infrastructure for India’s demographic dividend to become demographic dominance.
And we can’t do it alone.
What “Volunteering” Actually Means Here
Forget everything you think you know about volunteering.
This isn’t: ❌ Showing up for photo ops ❌ Getting a certificate for your resume ❌ Doing grunt work nobody else wants ❌ Being the “intern” who makes chai
This is: ✅ Leading initiatives that impact millions ✅ Building skills that define your career ✅ Working alongside visionaries and changemakers ✅ Creating portfolio work that speaks volumes ✅ Being credited, recognized, and elevated
We’re not looking for helpers. We’re looking for co-creators.

💬 Questions Volunteers Always Ask
Q: “I’m a student. Am I experienced enough?”
A: If you have the skills, you’re ready. We care about quality of work, not years of experience. Some of our best contributors are 21.
Q: “Will this interfere with my job/studies?”
A: Only you can answer that. We need 8-15 hours/week depending on role. If you can commit that consistently, you’re good.
Q: “Can I volunteer for multiple roles?”
A: Start with one. Master it. Then we can discuss adding more.
Q: “Is this really unpaid?”
A: Yes, it’s volunteer. But what you gain—skills, portfolio, network, meaning—is worth more than most paid internships.
Q: “How long do I need to commit?”
A: Minimum 3 months for most roles. This isn’t speed dating. We’re building relationships.
Q: “What if I need to leave early?”
A: Life happens. We get it. Just give us 2 weeks notice so we can transition smoothly.
Q: “Will you write me a recommendation?”
A: If you crush it? Absolutely. If you’re mediocre? We’ll be honest about that too.
Q: “Do I need to be in Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai?”
A: No. This is fully remote. You can be anywhere in India (or world).
🎯 Three Volunteers Whose Lives Changed
STORY 1: PRIYANKA, 22, Content Writer
Joined as volunteer writer during final year of college.
Wrote 30+ mentor stories. Built portfolio that got her hired at major media company. Now head of content there.
Her words: “100xTalks gave me real work that mattered. I wasn’t writing garbage SEO articles. I was telling stories that transformed lives. That portfolio got me every job I interviewed for.”
STORY 2: ARJUN, 25, Video Producer
Quit corporate job, volunteered full-time for 4 months.
Created video series on senior mentors. Built skills that led to starting his own production company. Now has 6 clients and thriving business.
His insight: “I learned more in 4 months volunteering than 2 years at my corporate job. I built my business on the foundation I created here.”
STORY 3: KAVYA, 23, Social Media Manager
Volunteered during gap year between graduation and masters.
Grew our Instagram from 500 to 50K followers. Created viral campaigns. Got recruited by Series B startup to build their social presence.
Her reflection: “100xTalks trusted me with real responsibility. I wasn’t making coffee—I was making strategy. That trust made me rise to the occasion.”
🔥 The Real Reason You Should Join
Strip away everything—the skills, the portfolio, the network, the recognition.
Here’s the real reason:
You get to be part of something that will be remembered.
20 years from now, when historians ask “When did India start leveraging its intergenerational wisdom at scale?”
They’ll point to 2026.
They’ll point to Wisdom Encores.
They’ll point to the movement we built.
You can be in that story.
Not as a footnote. As a co-author.
Not as a volunteer. As an architect.
Not as a helper. As a leader.

🚀 The Movement Needs You
140 million seniors waiting for their Encore.
600 million youth waiting for guidance.
One movement to connect them.
But movements don’t build themselves.
They’re built by people like you.
People with skills. People with hunger. People who see what’s possible. People who act.
Are you one of them?
About 100xTalks:
We’re not a nonprofit. We’re not a company. We’re a movement.
We believe India’s demographic dividend will only materialize if we build wisdom infrastructure.
We’re building it. Join us.

The Time Is Now
Not next month when you’re “less busy.”
Not next semester when you “have more time.”
Not next year when you’re “more experienced.”
Now.
Because every day we wait:
- Seniors feel more irrelevant
- Youth struggle more alone
- Wisdom sits more idle
- Potential remains more locked
The movement starts now.
With you.
